James O'Donoghue
James O'Donoghue is a New York attorney and foreign registered attorney in Japan with over 17 years’ experience representing public and private companies in complex commercial litigation, internal and government investigations, private transactions, and regulatory affairs. He has worked on over 80 commercial litigation matters and managed multiple large-scale antitrust and patent infringement cases on behalf of Japanese companies. He has several years experience responding to the Department of Justice, Securities & Exchange Commission, Department of Labor, and various State Attorney General Offices. James speaks fluent Japanese and possesses broad knowledge of cross border legal issues, securities regulations, privacy laws, e-discovery technology, and intellectual property matters.
